Job Description
- Manage recruitment process and activities for new launched projects to fulfill the needed manpower requested on time and follow up plans' milestones till requests' clsoure.
- Fulfill hiring requisitions according to staffing plans, negotiate adjustments in hiring criteria , salaries and implement crisis management plans
- Facilitate communications between iSON EGYPT and clients from talents acquisition scope
- Oversee and support recruitment team to achieve the requested numbers in staffing plans
- Oversee and approve team achievements, performance appraisals and coach team members by diversified activities
- Create and discuss the recruitment function budget on yearly basis , follow up and optimize.
- Develop new business opportunities for iSON EGYPT and explore clients’ needs.
- Manage all functional reports on business and performance scopes.
- Present iSON EGYPT in front of our global team and clients as well.
Job Requirements
- Minimu 8 years of experience in HR Domain.
- Miimum of 5 years experience in managerial/leadership role.
- Managing a complex structure , large team scale in more than one location and wide range of businesses experiences and readiness will be advantages.
- BPO , Mass hiring or outsourcing experiences will be a plus.
- Fluency in English language is a must.
- Market trends , Network , New business diemnssions and Industy awareness are required.
- ATS experience will be an asset.
- Data analyisis and reporting skills are must.
- Exceptional communication skills and problem handling are basics for the job.
- Availability and dedication will be required.
