Job Description
- Take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate onboarding.
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and perform in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
- Utilize the ATS to track and manage candidate pipelines, update candidate statuses, and generate recruitment reports for management.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, gather feedback from interviewers, and facilitate the decision-making process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- HR Diploma is a must.
- Excellent English language is a must.
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills.
- Home appliances experience is preferred.
- Presentable with high profile.
