Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth execution of projects, financial performance, and adherence to deadlines. - Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement long-term strategic goals that align with the company’s vision, including expansion plans, business development, and market positioning. - Project Oversight:
Supervise large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with budget, quality, and safety standards. - Operational Efficiency:
Optimize resources, manage operational costs, and ensure the highest standards of performance across all departments. - Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure all activities comply with local regulations and industry standards, with a focus on mitigating risks and maintaining company reputation. - Team Development:

Job Requirements
- Experience:
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, overseeing the establishment and management of construction companies. - Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the construction market, particularly in Saudi Arabia, including knowledge of local regulations, market dynamics, and industry standards. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. An MBA or a similar advanced degree is preferred. - Skills:
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong financial acumen and the ability to drive both strategic and operational excellence. - Age:
Must be under 45 years old. - Preferred Experience:
Previous experience working in Saudi Arabia, with a deep understanding of the local construction market and regulatory environment.
