Job Description
- Receive vacancies requests and performing the recruitment process.
- Write job advertising in various media channels. Search in accordance with the required qualifications and job descriptions. Screening CVs and handle face-to-face interviews.
- Conduct HR First Interview to evaluate candidates.
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
- Prepare employment offers and contracts.
- Develop a comprehensive onboarding procedure and induction program.
- Prepare recruitment KPI reports on monthly, Quarterly & yearly basis.
Job Requirements
- From 1 to 2 years of experience in blue-collars recruitment.
- Drivers & technicians recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Professional user of Microsoft office.
- Good knowledge of Labor law.
- Understanding of how recruitment systems and their application affect the working and efficiency of the business units.
- Bachelor of business administration "or equivalent" .
- HR studies is an advantage.
