Position Overview
The Human Resources Manager will be the primary point of contact for all HR policies and processes for Egypt site encompassing approximately 75 - 300 employees. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle including hiring, retention, payroll and benefits administration, professional development, employee relations and other tasks as may be needed. The candidate will be responsible for the center’s culture and employee engagement that will effectively drive the success of the location.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage, collaborate and partner with business leaders and other HR colleagues to define, communicate, and implement various human resources policies and procedures in compliance with various federal, state and local employment laws.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and manage HR-related legal matters including disciplinary actions.
- Identify and implement sourcing strategies that will attract talent to open positions and create a pipeline at all levels. Should be able to work under pressure and drive high volume recruitment within stringent timelines.
- Lead the performance cycle, offer coaching and feedback and address underperformance issues.
- Manage payroll, benefits and compliance and compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and oversee employee benefits programs and communicate offerings to employees.
- Identify key HR metrics and collect, organize, analyze/interpret and present the data to management with strong ability to generate and produce HR reports
- Support, develop and implement improvement initiatives, enhance employee engagement and morale, improve working relationships, and drive positive HR results.
- Manage team/HR budget efficiently to drive employee morale and heathy work environment.
- Lead HR projects, support change management, and promote diversity and inclusion within site.
Job Requirements
Knowledge, Experience & Skills Requirements
- Master’s in HR
- Minimum 12 years of HR experience or equivalent; Minimum 8 years of experience at Outsourcing/Contact Center or equivalent industry specifically with a strong focus on employee relations, recruiting and managing large HR teams.
- Experience in the Egypt industry – experience in contact center business would be preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and HR systems; familiarity with contact center HR challenges.
- Ability to develop and manage results-oriented recruiting and employee relation programs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to self-motivate and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong relationship building skills with ability to effectively manage group and interpersonal relationships.
- Strong negotiation, written and oral communications skills – including presentation skills.
