Position Scope – Human Resources Manager
The Human Resources Manager plays a strategic role in aligning the company's human capital with its mission, vision, and operational goals. This role is responsible for leading all HR functions, including talent acquisition, staff development, performance management, and employee relations, while ensuring full compliance with Egyptian labor laws and internal policies. The HR Manager will develop and implement systems and strategies that foster a high-performance culture, employee engagement, and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
Lead and manage the recruitment lifecycle to attract, select, and onboard top talent aligned with the company’s strategic direction. Ensure timely and efficient hiring processes that support business needs and future growth.
- Training, Development & Team Building:
Design & implement comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and overall team effectiveness. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- HR Policy & Compliance, Performance Appraisal & Workflow Management:
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and best practices. Represent the company in dealings with labor offices, social insurance authorities, and other governmental bodies.
Oversee the design and execution of performance management systems that ensure fair, consistent evaluations and facilitate goal alignment across departments. Implement workflow management tools to improve HR operational efficiency and accountability.
- Manage Compensation & Benefits, HR Budget:
Develop and maintain a competitive and equitable compensation structure. Ensure that reward systems support retention and motivate high performance.
Prepare and monitor the annual HR and training budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet HR objectives.
- Strategic HR Planning & Reporting, Offboarding & Grievance Handling:
Collaborate with senior leadership to provide data-driven insights, HR metrics, and strategic recommendations that support organizational decision-making and long-term planning.
Manage structured offboarding processes to ensure knowledge transfer, compliance, and positive employee exits. Handle employee grievances professionally, ensuring fair resolution in line with legal and company standards.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; HR diploma or certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
- In-depth knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software systems.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing performance management and workflow systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Proven ability to manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced, growing environment.
