1. Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy to enhance workforce capabilities and drive business growth.
Align training programs with talent development, succession planning, and organizational goals .
2. Learning Frameworks & Design
Oversee the creation of competency frameworks, training roadmaps, and learning journeys .
Lead Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for internal teams and clients.
3. Digital Learning Transformation
Drive adoption of AI-powered learning platforms, LMS tools, and immersive technologies (VR, gamification).
Implement e-learning, live virtual training, and microlearning solutions for global scalability.
4. Stakeholder & Partner Management
Manage relationships with training providers, universities, and certification bodies (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).
Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and IT to integrate L&D into broader strategies.
5. Measurement & Compliance
Ensure training effectiveness through KPIs, ROI analysis, and Kirkpatrick-level evaluations .
Oversee accreditation and compliance with industry standards (ISO, GDPR, OSHA) .
6. Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of L&D professionals, trainers, and instructional designers.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
7. Innovation & Future Trends
Pilot new L&D solutions: experiential learning, simulations, AI-driven coaching tools .
Stay ahead of trends (e.g., generative AI, personalized learning paths).
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Credentials:
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or a related field.
Certifications (Preferred):
CIPD, ATD, SHRM, CPLP , or equivalent L&D certifications.
Project management certifications (PMP) or instructional design credentials (e.g., Articulate Certified).
Experience:
10+ years of experience in L&D, with 5+ years in leadership roles (corporate or consultancy).
Proven expertise in:
Instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM).
Digital learning transformation (LMS platforms, AI tools).
Competency frameworks, TNA, and IDP development .
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in LMS platforms (Moodle, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors).
Familiarity with AI-driven learning tools (e.g., chatbots, adaptive learning systems).
Data analytics for training impact measurement (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Adult learning principles and Kirkpatrick evaluation models.
Soft Skills:
Strategic thinking and executive communication for stakeholder alignment.
Change management and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Team leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
