Job Description
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions utilizing a variety of methodologies (classroom, hands-on, e-learning, simulations, blended learning).
- Oversee the development and maintenance of all training materials, including manuals, presentations, and assessments.
- Develop and implement performance improvement plans based on training outcomes and employee feedback.
- Develop and implement the annual training strategy in alignment with the overall business goals and strategic priorities.
- Conduct in-depth Training Needs Analyses (TNAs) to identify and prioritize training requirements across all manufacturing departments.
- Collaborate with manufacturing leaders to identify and address critical training needs.
- Represent the training department on cross-functional teams and committees.
- Lead the development and implementation of training programs using new methods appropriate to the field.
- Prepare and submit required reports and comments, including statistics and progress reports on trainees, to the line manager.
- Achieve the annual goals set at the beginning of each year.
- Maintain personal development to keep pace with evolving standards.
- Achieve the highest standards and quality to improve customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to manufacturing training.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering).
- Special Certification or Training Required: Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred) / Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Technological Requirements: Very Good command of Microsoft Suites.
- Language Requirements: Very Good command of English (spoken and written).
