Al-Haris Al-Dawli Industrial Company is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Executive Manager. We are seeking a qualified and experienced leader to oversee the company's operations and drive growth in the field of industrial manufacturing (PVC, aluminum, glass, ironworks).
???? Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Executive Manager:
• Strategic Planning and Corporate Development:
- Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan in coordination with the Board of Directors.
- Propose initiatives and policies to ensure the company's growth and sustainability.
• General Supervision of Industrial and Production Operations:
- Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Improve production lines and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the supply of raw materials in coordination with the procurement department.
• Financial and Commercial Management:
- Approve annual budgets and monitor financial performance.
- Oversee pricing and commercial proposals aligned with market strategies.
- Track invoices, expenses, and cash flow management.
• Human Resource Management:
- Supervise the hiring, training, and development of staff.
- Evaluate performance and approve incentives and bonuses.
- Foster a motivating and productive work environment.
• Quality and Safety Assurance:
- Implement quality management systems (e.g., ISO) and oversee inspections and audits.
- Ensure occupational safety standards are applied across all work sites and workshops.
• Marketing and Market Expansion:
- Contribute to marketing plans and oversee implementation.
- Seek new partnerships and expand the customer base locally and internationally.
• Government and Regulatory Relations:
- Represent the company before regulatory and official bodies.
- Ensure full compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.
• Administrative Reporting and Governance:
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports for the Board of Directors.
- Ensure transparency and adherence to internal policies.

Job Requirements
???? Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in management.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to drive business development and growth.
- Proficiency in administrative tools and financial reporting.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
