- Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and entrepreneurial 2nd in Command/ Operations Manager based in Egypt to serve as the CEO’s right hand and second-in-command. This role requires a leader who can take ownership, drive sales, manage operations, and lead a remote team with minimal oversight. You will be expected to fully run the business in the absence of the CEO.
- Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy
- Execute the CEO’s vision and translate it into operational results
- Lead day-to-day operations across sales, marketing, acquisitions, and admin
- Build and track KPIs, SOPs, and reporting systems for accountability and performance
- Sales Leadership
- Oversee and coach the sales/acquisitions team
- Improve sales processes, scripts, tracking, and performance metrics
- Monitor CRM usage (e.g., Podio or Follow Up Boss) and drive pipeline results
- Operations Management
- Manage the hiring and training of team members in the Philippines and elsewhere
- Coordinate across departments to resolve bottlenecks and scale processes
- Build and optimize internal systems and workflows to maximize efficiency
- Finance & Reporting
- Oversee budget tracking, cost controls, and performance-based targets
- Collaborate with bookkeepers, paralegals, and operations staff to ensure transaction flow and profitability
Job Requirements
- Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in sales, sales management, or general operations leadership
- Proven success managing remote teams and working in fast-paced startups or growth environments
- Strong business acumen and ability to work independently without micromanagement
- Prior experience in real estate, investments, or complex transaction environments is a strong plus
- Tech-savvy with CRMs, spreadsheets, dashboards, and team management tools
- Flawless spoken and written English is required
