Job Description
- Supervise and support Project Managers and Technical Office Engineers within the designated area.
- Monitor the execution of multiple projects to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with central departments (planning, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, etc.) to facilitate smooth operations.
- Ensure that project milestones are achieved within budget and timeline constraints.
- Lead area-level reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Address technical and operational challenges at the regional/project level.
- Represent area performance in senior management meetings and provide strategic input.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction industry, including significant experience in managing large-scale or multiple concurrent projects.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional site teams and technical operations.
- Strong organizational and strategic planning skills.
- PMP certification is highly preferred.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management capabilities.
