Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our real estate sales
team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing high-
performing sales teams, and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies. You will play a
key role in expanding the company’s market presence, building client relationships, and ensuring
consistent achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the real estate sales team to maximize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and key
stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, sales channels, and market trends.
- Oversee property sales operations, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards in all sales transactions.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to enhance brand visibility and
generate quality leads.
- Analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and provide forecasts to upper management.
- Participate in property launches, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s
portfolio.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of the local and international real estate markets.
- Ability to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Proficiency in, Microsoft Office, and sales performance platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
