Job Description
Lead and oversee all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities across the group.
Develop and implement financial strategies that support business objectives and enhance shareholder value.
Ensure robust internal controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage capital structure, financing activities, investor relations, and relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Provide strategic input to the executive leadership team and support decision-making through data-driven insights.
Lead and mentor finance teams across multiple subsidiaries and business units.
Support mergers, acquisitions, and major investment initiatives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA/ACCA preferred.
15+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior leadership role in real estate development.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with proven experience managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
