We’re Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Head Office is located in Cairo, with flexibility to travel domestically and regionally.
Industry: Food & Beverage Retail business and Food Manufacturing.

We’re looking for a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and lead our financial strategy during a very promising growth phase. If you have a strong track record in IPO readiness, joint venture structuring, and managing investor relations, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions
- Oversee cost control, working capital, and cash flow management
- Ensure full compliance with IFRS/GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Direct internal and external audits
- Develop and implement ERP and financial systems improvements
- Support expansion strategies through financial feasibility studies
- Manage IPO preparation, execution, and post-listing compliance
- Structure and oversee joint ventures and strategic financial partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and key stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Master’s preferred)
- CPA, CMA, or ACCA certification highly valued
- 20+ years of financial experience, including 5+ years in an executive role
- Proven success in IPO processes, JV agreements, and investor communication
- Background in F&B retail, industrial, or manufacturing sectors is highly preferred
- Deep expertise in cost accounting and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
