Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Accountant to oversee all accounting operations, manage financial reporting, and lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in budget preparation, ERP systems, and team management.
Job Requirements
- Oversee and manage the accounting department’s daily operations
- Prepare, review, and finalize annual budgets and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and accounting standards
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, journal entries, and general ledger
- Generate detailed financial and analytical reports for senior management
- Lead, supervise, and develop the finance team
- Maintain and optimize the company’s ERP accounting system
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or CMA is a plus)
- 8–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in a senior accounting role
- Strong knowledge of all accounting functions and practices
Mandatory experience in ERP systems
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Day Off: Friday
