Develop and implement costing systems and procedures aligned with the company’s operations in the dairy & food industry.
Monitor actual production costs and perform variance analysis between standard and actual costs.
Control costs of raw materials, direct labor, and manufacturing overheads.
Prepare periodic costing reports covering product cost, profit margins, and operational expenses to support management decision-making.
Supervise the monthly closing of cost accounts ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehousing, and Sales departments to ensure effective cost control and reporting.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and cost forecasts, and contribute to cost reduction initiatives.
Lead, supervise, and develop the costing team, ensuring effective task allocation and performance monitoring.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and tax regulations.
Support the Finance Manager and top management with detailed cost analysis and recommendations for improving profitability.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in the food manufacturing/FMCG industry.
Strong knowledge of costing methodologies, ERP systems, and Excel/financial analysis tools.
Leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Fluency in English
