Job Description
- Monitoring fleet vehicles for compliance with HSE requirements.
- Ensuring adherence to all safety standards related to repair shops and maintenance activities.
- Executing vehicle safety inspections prior to each delivery and following up on any repair-related HSE complaints.
- Controlling and ensuring the safety of all individuals and workers involved in fleet operations and related activities.
- Conducting H&S trainings frequently.
- Ensuring implementation of safe work practices in all projects.
- Reporting potential hazards in all ongoing projects
- Ensure that teams on-site are committed to H&S regulations and instructions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in logistics or fleet operations.
- Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and international HSE standards.
- Experience in conducting safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
- HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
