Job Description
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards.
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate with production and operations departments to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
- Oversee troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair activities to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Manage maintenance budgets, resources, and inventory of spare parts and tools.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards.
- Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, equipment status, and key performance indicators.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in maintenance operations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance staff to foster skill development and teamwork.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance tasks and procurement.
