Lead and supervise the mechanical technical office team to ensure timely and accurate project deliverables.
Review and approve mechanical shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other departments to align technical office activities with project requirements.
Oversee the preparation of bills of quantities, cost estimates, and procurement requests for mechanical systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and client specifications in all technical submissions.
Resolve technical issues and provide expert guidance to the team during project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
Facilitate communication between design, construction, and procurement teams to optimize workflow.
Conduct regular quality checks and audits on technical office outputs.
Prepare and present progress reports and technical presentations to senior management.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of experience in mechanical technical office roles within construction/contracting companies.
Proven experience in Design, Shop Drawings, QS, and Invoicing.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
Familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
Excellent in AutoCAD, Revit (preferably), Excel, and MS Office.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
