Job Description

▪ Control and supervise the work of the Body Repair Engineers in the workshop.
▪ Organize weekly schedules, assign tasks and supervise the Body Repair Engineers accordingly (body alignment, straightening, filling, preparation for paint and other related repairs on the vehicles).
▪ Coach body repair technicians to review and verify conformance and progress to established policies, requirements and reports.
▪ Supervise engineers and technicians and ensure safe practices quality control.
▪ Supervise and control effective communication and support strategies to ensure that customer requirements are met and understood.
▪ Review performance appraisal (PMS) for subordinates.
▪ Maintain good relationships with insurance companies and settle claims quickly and fairly.
▪ Ensure achievement of budget sales and cost targets.
▪ Monitor KPIs of subordinates.

Job Requirements

▪ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering is a MUST; Automotive major is preferred.
▪ 10+ years of experience in Maintenance; preferably in the automotive industry.
▪ Excellent command of spoken and written English.
▪ Excellent communication skills.
▪ Strong computer skills.
▪ Strong technical background,
▪ Strong leadership skills.
▪ Postgraduate studies in Engineering will be an asset.
