Job Description
- Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies and schedules to ensure optimal performance of electrical systems.
- Oversee troubleshooting and repair of electrical equipment and systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 10+ years in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment, and PLC and automation systems
- Proven expertise in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, …..).
- Hands-on experience in project engineering, technical review, and commissioning.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop maintenance teams, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
