Job Description

A leading medical company based in Sheraton, Cairo, is seeking an experienced and highly competent Administrative and HR Manager to lead its administrative and human resources functions. The ideal candidate must have a solid track record in the pharmaceutical sector, with proven capabilities in corporate administration, HR operations, compliance, and workforce management.

Position Summary:

The Administrative and HR Manager will play a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth functioning of all administrative and HR operations. This includes managing company-wide personnel matters, overseeing recruitment and talent development, maintaining legal and regulatory compliance, and implementing best practices tailored to the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee all administrative and HR functions across the organization
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with Egyptian labor law and pharmaceutical industry standards
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including headcount planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention
• Maintain comprehensive employee records including contracts, attendance, leave tracking, and regulatory documentation
• Coordinate monthly payroll and employee benefits with the finance team
• Handle employee relations issues, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
• Support leadership in organizational development, training initiatives, and succession planning
• Supervise administrative operations including office management, logistics, and vendor coordination
• Ensure company-wide compliance with internal governance and external regulations related to pharmaceutical operations
• Act as a key advisor to senior management on HR strategy and administrative optimization

 

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a proven track record in a relevant professional career. 
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR and administrative roles,
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, HR policies, and industry-specific regulatory standards
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
• Fluent in both Arabic and English
