Job Description

  • Lead the Talent Acquisition strategy and ensure alignment with the company’s objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for all departments, with a focus on technical and construction-related roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Develop partnerships with universities, platforms, and recruitment agencies.
  • Monitor hiring metrics (such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire) and optimize sourcing strategies.
  • Supervise and develop the recruitment team, ensuring high performance and consistency.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and industry networking events.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Construction industry experience is a must.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment systems, sourcing tools, and employer branding strategies.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
