Job Description

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with Egavet’s vision and growth.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Oversee performance management, training programs, and career development plans.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
  • Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Lead employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Build, mentor, and lead the HR team, ensuring a proactive and strategic HR function.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in HR management; industrial or FMCG background is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
