Job Description
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with Egavet’s vision and growth.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee performance management, training programs, and career development plans.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
- Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor laws and internal company policies.
- Lead employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Build, mentor, and lead the HR team, ensuring a proactive and strategic HR function.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience in HR management; industrial or FMCG background is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
