Job Description
1. General Operations Management
- Develop and implement efficient operational strategies that support the company’s goals in both software and card printing machine sales.
- Ensure smooth integration and coordination between various departments (Projects – Procurement – Warehousing – Logistics).
- Monitor and improve supply chain and distribution efficiency.
- Prepare regular operational reports and submit them to top management.
2. Project Team Management
- Oversee the implementation of IT solutions and card printing machine installations according to timelines and quality standards.
- Establish mechanisms to monitor project progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Pre-Sales teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and alignment with customer expectations.
3. Procurement Management
- Supervise procurement operations for IT solutions and equipment.
- Develop strategic relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Ensure the timely availability of resources and materials at the best possible cost.
4. Warehouse Management
- Ensure proper inventory organization and continuous stock updates in the system.
- Apply best practices in inventory management to reduce waste and losses.
- Ensure the availability of parts and equipment required to support operations and projects.
5. Logistics Management
- Plan goods movement, distribution, and scheduling of local and international shipments.
- Optimize transportation and delivery operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with shipping companies and ensure timely delivery commitments.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director, or similar leadership role
- Familiarity with all business functions, including HR, supply chain, and IT
- Experience with implementing IT systems
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
- Good with numbers and financial planning
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and leadership ability

- BSc/BA in Business, Computer Science, or other relevant field
