Location: Remote and Onsite (Preferred candidates from Nasr City or nearby locations, or can easily commute)

Experience Level: Senior (5+ years total HR experience, including 2+ years specializing in IT technical recruitment)

We are a UAE based company in Dubai, seeking a Senior IT Technical Recruiter to join our team, with opportunities available for both full-time and part-time/freelance positions. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to meet our company’s technical and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Posting and Sourcing: Write and post compelling technical job descriptions across job boards and niche platforms like LinkedIn. Proactively source potential candidates through targeted searches and engagement.
  • Resume Screening: Parse specialized skills and qualifications in IT resumes to identify the most suitable candidates.
  • Pre-Screening and Interviews: Conduct pre-screening calls to evaluate applicants’ technical and soft skills. Coordinate and perform structured interviews using technical assessments, behavioral questions, and other methods.
  • Coordination with Teams: Collaborate with IT leaders to anticipate hiring needs, define goals, and align recruitment strategies.
  • Recruitment Communications: Create and send personalized outreach messages and recruiting emails to engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Networking: Represent the company at tech conferences, meetups, and other industry events to build a strong professional network with IT specialists.
  • Onboarding and Offer Management: Draft job offer letters, facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, and ensure they integrate well into the company culture.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company as an employer of choice by showcasing its culture, values, and growth opportunities.
  • Analysis and Documentation: Conduct job and task analyses to document job responsibilities and requirements, ensuring clarity for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Hiring Systems and Processes: Design and implement hiring systems, including job descriptions, testing protocols, and candidate evaluation processes for HR and technical assessments.
  • Tech Hiring Expertise: Lead recruitment efforts for roles such as Web Developers (including WordPress specialists), Front-End Developers, and Full-Stack Developers.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated with the latest technological trends and recruitment tools to refine hiring strategies.

Work Environment:

  • Collaborate in both remote and onsite environments, ensuring seamless coordination with all stakeholders.
  • Use leading recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and communication tools for an efficient hiring process.

Location Preference: Candidates from Nasr City or nearby areas who can reach the office easily are preferred.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter
  • Minimum of 2 years in technical recruitment and a total of 5+ years in HR roles. Must be capable of handling the recruitment process from day one.
  • Skilled in hiring Web Developers (including WordPress specialists), Front-End Developers, and Full-Stack Developers. Proven ability to identify and select top talent.
  • Remote recruitment proven experience is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Zoom, Teams, Slack, Skype)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Excellent English verbal and written effective communication skills
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
  • BSc in Human Resources Management, IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant degree
