Job Description
- Work on implementing the human resources plan of recruiting, Learning & development and KPIs –key performance indicator
- day-to-day operations of recruiting to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
- Review manpower needs to address current and future occupations gaps
- Participate in preparation of annual MPP and recruitment plan, retention plans, and career development.
- the implementations of recruitment strategies, plans, and procedures.
- Ensure , initiate and monitor for the quarterly and annual Performance Appraisals to ensure the effectiveness and fairness of the process
- Participate in creating and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all employees as a tool of performance evaluation
