Responsibilities & Duties:
- Acting on behalf of Remuneration Lead in his absence.
- Responsible of the procedures for social insurance for all staff.
- Responsible of the procedures for medical insurance for all staff.
- Preparation monthly payroll.
- Preparation monthly overtime shifts and visits.
- Coordination of social activities.
- To maintain confidentiality by:
- Considering conservation of information and documents in a secrecy.
- Follow the hospital's policy with regard to confidentiality.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree
- Certification: HR Certificate or Diploma
- Experience: Preferably experience 3 years in Human Resources
- English Language proficiency, MS Office proficiency
- Excellent Interpersonal & Intellectual skills
