About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & CS Senior Agent to join our Arabic-speaking project team in Nasr City. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the sales and collection processes. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with clients, resolving issues, and ensuring payment collection. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key clients, nurturing relationships to achieve long-term success.
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls in Arabic, identifying client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, to deal closure.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure prompt payment collections in coordination with the finance team.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to resolve client inquiries or concerns, maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
- Track and document sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including operations and finance, to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and improve performance.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues as needed.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience in Sales and Customer Service, preferably in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Professional, presentable, and customer-focused mindset.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales management tools.
- Previous experience in tele-sales, account management, or business development.
- Basic understanding of collection processes and financial systems.
