Job Description
- Conduct daily reviews of claims data in accordance with the new process.
- Identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in the claims information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide comprehensive reports and analysis of the revised claims data.
Job Requirements
- Effective negotiation abilities, especially in claim resolution and collections
- High attention to detail with strong accuracy in data handling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and tasks independently
- Problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and resolve claim or billing discrepancies
