Job Description
- Inspect incoming inventory and equipment for quality before storing or rerouting.
- Use moving equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks too safety and efficient move inventory around the warehouse and shipping facility.
- Manage the process of material receiving and cooperate with logistics to run effectively the operation of receiving.
- Package inventory for safe shipping.
- Ensure delivery schedule is maintained and promptly alert supervisors if a delay occurs or is likely.
- Perform periodic inventory checks to ensure the accuracy of database information and minimize the risk of inventory issues.
- Maintain the Internal, ISO and BRC documentations and conduct the audits.
- Make Supplier evaluation.
- Maintain supplier approval.
- Add labels on the items all over the store to identify the items.
- Load scrap according the order organized.
- Follow up RGP (returnable gate pass).
Job Requirements
- Certified Professional Purchaser accreditation and/or Business administration related degree
- Minimum 0 - 4 years of experience in similar field
Technical and Behavioral Skills
- Good command of English
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong experience with inventory software and control systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in regulated or lean manufacturing industry
