Job Description
Retail Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and execute in-store marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
- Coordinate with store managers and visual merchandisers to ensure brand consistency across all branches.
- Monitor performance of campaigns and activation at the retail level and recommend improvements.
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional activities.
Exhibition & Event Management
- Lead the planning and execution of the company’s participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Handle end-to-end exhibition management including booth design, logistics, setup, coordination with vendors, and on-ground supervision.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Negotiate with organizers, suppliers, and contractors to deliver cost-effective and impactful activation.
Marketing Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with creative and digital teams to support content creation for events and retail campaigns.
- Ensure all communication materials are delivered on time and meet brand guidelines.
- Prepare post-event reports and analysis, including ROI tracking and key learnings.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in retail marketing with hands-on exhibition or event management.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations and consumer behavior.
- Excellent organizational and vendor management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
