Job Title: Promoter – Fintech Company
About the Role:
We are hiring Promoters to join one of the leading fintech companies in Egypt. You will be responsible for promoting financial products and services at partner retail locations, guiding customers through onboarding, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Promote fintech products and services to customers at partner stores
- Assist customers in account activation and application processes
- Educate customers on product benefits and eligibility criteria
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and follow-ups
- Maintain strong relationships with store staff
Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic salary starting from EGP 7,500
- Transportation allowance: EGP 1,500
- Uncapped performance-based commissions
- Social and medical insurance
- Paid training
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales
- Prior experience in fintech companies (e.g., Valu, Halan, Aman) or retail electronics/mobile stores
- Good English communication skills
- Presentable and customer-focused personality
- Willingness to work from store locations
