Job Description
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through field visits and in-office interactions to generate qualified leads.
- Present and communicate the company’s financial solutions clearly and professionally, tailoring recommendations to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to support long-term business partnerships.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in outdoor or direct sales, preferably within financial services, fintech, or e-commerce.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and building customer relationships.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
