Job Description
Amend Business Solutions is seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Loan Advisor to guide individuals through the loan application process. This role is crucial in understanding client financial needs, assessing their eligibility, recommending suitable loan products, and ensuring a smooth, transparent, and compliant application journey.
The Loan Advisor will serve as a trusted point of contact, dedicated to helping clients secure the financing necessary to achieve their objectives while upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and responsible lending.
Key Responsibilities
The Loan Advisor will be responsible for a comprehensive range of activities, including but not limited to:
- Client Consultation & Needs Assessment:
- Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their financial situation, goals, and specific financing requirements.
- Analyze credit reports, financial statements, and other relevant documentation to assess eligibility and risk.
- Clearly explain the different types of loans, their terms, interest rates, and associated fees.
- Product Knowledge & Recommendation:
- Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of all loan products offered by its partners.
- Recommend the most appropriate loan solutions tailored to each client's unique circumstances and financial capacity.
- Educate clients on the benefits and risks of various loan options.
- Compliance & Ethical Conduct:
- Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, lending guidelines, and relevant financial regulations (e.g., consumer protection laws).
- Practice responsible lending, ensuring clients are not over-leveraged and understand their commitments.
- Maintain the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality in all client interactions.
- Relationship Management & Sales:
- Meet or exceed set targets for loan origination, client acquisition, and conversion rates.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date records of all client interactions, applications, and financial information within the CRM and other relevant systems.
- Continuous Learning:
- Actively participate in training and professional development opportunities.

- Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to build rapport, identify opportunities, and effectively guide clients towards solutions (if applicable to the sales aspect of the role).
- Attention to Detail & Accuracy: Meticulous in handling sensitive financial information and completing documentation.
- Ethical & Compliant: Unwavering commitment to ethical practices and regulatory adherence.
- Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple client applications and priorities efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience 0 - 6 months of experience in the sales or customer service field.
- Basic understanding of lending principles, credit assessment, and financial regulations.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Fixed Shifts
- Monday - Friday: Shift 1: 7 AM PST - 4 PM PST - Shift 2: 1 PM PST - 6 PM PST.
- Saturday: 9 AM PST - 6 PM PST.
