Job Description
We are looking for Telesales Representative to join our real estate sales team. The role involves generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments with potential clients interested in buying, , or investing in properties. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, understands customer needs, and is motivated to achieve sales goals in a competitive real estate market.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in tele sales minimum 6 months, preferably in real estate, property development, or investment sales.
- Make outbound calls and in bound calls to potential buyers, and investors to promote company projects and properties.
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budgets, and preferences.
- Schedule , meetings, or site visits with the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information and follow-up details.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales conversion targets.
- Provide potential clients with information about available projects, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Follow up consistently with leads to build long-term relationships and close deals.
- Stay up-to-date with property market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.
- Suitable bachelor's degree
- 3 to 6 months experience in the same role & Experience in Real estate,
- Good command of written and spoken English .
