Job Description

Talent Acquisition

  • Participate in the planning and implementation of the company's talent acquisition strategy.
  • Participate in the development of the company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
  • Coordinate manpower planning cycles and anticipate future employment needs.
  • Analyze hiring needs from hiring managers, elicit accurate requirements, whilst providing insights on labor market trends and consultation on ideal candidate profiles. 
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment process (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.), and participate in the development of cycle validity and quality of the outputs.
  • Review employment applications and conduct background checks.
  • Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
  • Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
  • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
  • Build a strong network of professionals and job seekers including past and potential candidates.
  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
  • Coordinate the candidate handover process to the internal communication and personnel teams.
  • Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
  • Work closely with marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
  • Work on the continuous improvement of talent acquisition practices, in line with the company's strategic direction.

Talent Development

  • Consult with business leaders and key stakeholders to understand training and development needs related early talent programs.
  • Design, build, coordinate, and deliver focused & engaging training and development content, instructor and participant materials, including performance support materials.
  • Curate content and internal subject matter experts to meet talent development needs.
  • Implement, measure and track the effectiveness and impact of training and learning solutions by owning the data collection, interpretation, and presentation of outcomes.
  • Drive awareness of available training and resources through creative campaigns and other internal processes.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the HR team by identifying ways to continuously improve the learning process and enhance learning effectiveness.
  • Assess training outcomes by soliciting and reviewing feedback and evaluating of courses taught.
  • Identify ways to continuously improve early talent programs and tie programs to the company's strategic goals.
  • Prepare instructors - ensure they are equipped with the tools and resources needed to effectively facilitate and manage training courses as needed.
  • Collaborate on program marketing and communication, including ongoing engagement initiatives.
  • Develop learning plans and as needed change management and communication plans.
  • Coordinate the conduction of performance review cycles; providing consultation to line managers on review guidelines and practices.

Job Requirements

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Development
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized institute is a great plus
  • General certificate in Human Resource Management is a must

Important Information

  • The occupant of this position will be required to travel/commute for 50% of the time
