Job Description
- Responsible for the Factory personnel process including but not limited to:
- Maintain proper communication with all governmental associations (social insurance offices, labor office, medical insurance authority….) and ensure compliance with governmental and Egyptian labor law standards.
- Ensure issuance of all governmental monthly and periodical payments on time.
- Follow up and control the annual contracts renewal.
- Fulfil and support employees with the hiring & resignation documents.
- Control & improve the employees filing system.
- Follow up the probation period evaluation with respective managers.
- Responsible for payroll & compensation process of the outsourced employees.
- Support in other HR functions or tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of related studies (HR studies are preferred)
- 1~2 Years of experience in HR.
- Excellent English both spoken and written.
- Excellent user of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
