Job Description

  • Responsible for the Factory personnel process including but not limited to:
    • Maintain proper communication with all governmental associations (social insurance offices, labor office, medical insurance authority….) and ensure compliance with governmental and Egyptian labor law standards.
    • Ensure issuance of all governmental monthly and periodical payments on time.
    • Follow up and control the annual contracts renewal.
    • Fulfil and support employees with the hiring & resignation documents.
    • Control & improve the employees filing system.
    • Follow up the probation period evaluation with respective managers.
  • Responsible for payroll & compensation process of the outsourced employees.
  • Support in other HR functions or tasks as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of related studies (HR studies are preferred)
  • 1~2 Years of experience in HR.
  • Excellent English both spoken and written.
  • Excellent user of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
