Job Description
We are currently starting a new project in the Food & Beverage industry by establishing a multi-brand factory to serve our uprising investments in that sector; specifically in the Coffee Roasting and Chocolate manufacturing segments.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Coordinator based in New Cairo. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, including handling customer inquiries and complaints, preparing sales reports, and maintaining CRM systems. The Sales Coordinator will work in-office as well as directly approaching potential clients through visits and following up with existing ones with main focus on the HORECA sector.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of Sales skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry is a plus
- Experience using CRM and sales reporting tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
