Responsibilities
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the cyber security sector.
- Understand client requirements and pain points to effectively position company products and services.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
Sales Strategy:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Utilize market research and industry knowledge to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop pricing strategies that balance profitability with competitiveness.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Understand client business objectives and proactively suggest solutions to meet their needs.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the cyber security industry.
- Develop a deep understanding of company products and services, their features, and their competitive advantages.
- Effectively communicate product value propositions to clients.
Revenue Growth:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and initiatives to drive sales growth.
Sales Collateral and Documentation:
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales collateral.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in the cyber security industry.
- Strong understanding of cyber security concepts and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, etc.) are a plus.
