Job Description

Responsibilities

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the cyber security sector.
  • Understand client requirements and pain points to effectively position company products and services.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.

Sales Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Utilize market research and industry knowledge to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop pricing strategies that balance profitability with competitiveness.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Understand client business objectives and proactively suggest solutions to meet their needs.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the cyber security industry.
  • Develop a deep understanding of company products and services, their features, and their competitive advantages.
  • Effectively communicate product value propositions to clients.

Revenue Growth:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and initiatives to drive sales growth.

Sales Collateral and Documentation:

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales collateral.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.

 

 

 

 


 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in the cyber security industry.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security concepts and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, etc.) are a plus.
