Job Description
- Lead and manage the sales team responsible for converting leads from social media platforms into clients.
- Set sales targets and KPIs with the management for the team and monitor performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to sales team members to help them improve their performance.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of events and projects.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts for management review.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
