Job Description

  • Lead and manage the sales team responsible for converting leads from social media platforms into clients.
  • Set sales targets and KPIs with the management for the team and monitor performance to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Provide coaching, training, and support to sales team members to help them improve their performance.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of events and projects.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts for management review.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales account manager or Sales account executive
  • Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
