Job Description

Link Development’s Office in the UAE is looking for a competitive; remote senior sales representative to call on new & and existing customers and market new technologies. This position will apply professional selling techniques, including strategic business planning, comprehensive customer profiling, daily pipeline management, and closing techniques to achieve assigned quotas. The applying candidates should demonstrate how they can achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory. Where a territory may be a combination of geographic, product, industry, and other customer/market dimensions.

Job Requirements

· Account Advisor/Manager – Supervise current engagements, projects, and initiatives within the assigned key accounts, as the focal point for all sales and related issues. Anticipate market changes to drive relevant solutions to customers, influencing business & and IT stakeholders, building trust with CXOs, and translating solutions into business impact & and outcomes that accelerate the customer’s digital transformation.

· Sales Challenger - drive customer understanding of the value of end-to-end Microsoft-based solutions. Influence customers’ vision & and requirements & and add value by bringing innovative solutions & and references to show what’s possible

· Sales Achiever - achieve results by understanding digital transformation drivers and customer priorities, hunting for new opportunities to help customers accelerate their digital transformation, and positioning appropriate solutions.

· Deal Orchestrator - orchestrate the virtual team engaged in the opportunity, taking responsibility for the end-to-end sales cycle and leveraging repeatable Link Development’s Solutions offerings to accelerate and win deals.


· Sales Experience: 6-8 years of strong, proven track record of leading and driving solution selling across a sales team, focusing on the business value of technical software solutions to solve customer problems. Track record of success through desired results at Microsoft Partners or competitors (AWS, Salesforce, Google, Oracle, IBM, etc.). Successful management of large-scale, complex deal cycles at MEA Fortune 1000 accounts

· Private Sector Experience: 5+ years of strong, proven track record of driving solutions to enterprise commercial customers. Understand the procurement and policy issues unique to the customers in the UAE.

· Technical Domain: Previous experience with Microsoft-based technologies and applications such as Microsoft Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, AI/ML, Power Platform, and Dynamics CRM.

· Regional Expertise: 5+ years of UAE market experience, selling to key enterprise and corporate level accounts in the Gulf in General, and UAE in particular.

· Consultative Solution Selling Experience: Demonstrated experience of at least 8 years selling technology solutions to senior business and IT decision-makers by reinforcing the value of the technology to the customer’s overall business pain and/or strategic opportunities. Possess both business acumen expertise and technology knowledge to connect how customer business issues impact their IT environments.

· Microsoft Sales Teamwork Experience: A high degree of collaboration with multiple Microsoft sales leadership and personnel, as well as Microsoft Partners will be required for success. The ideal candidate should demonstrate; that he/she has worked as part of a collaborative sales organization and delivered great results in a Microsoft ecosystem.

· Sales Excellence: Demonstrated strategic sales management capabilities. Effectively manages sales pipeline (generation and velocity), forecasts with predictable results that exceed revenue and sales targets, and the ability to formulate a strategy from market indicators and organizational objectives.

· Education:

· Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar information technology-related discipline, or Business Administration

· Complex sales training (e.g., Miller Hyman, Spin, Michael Bosworth, Holden, Challenger Seller, etc.)
