Job Description

  • Manage the RTA & Auditors team.
  • Assist with creation of metrics and targets for services
  • Work closely with the operations team to analyze and help improve their service levels in different aspects
  • Generate ideas for process and service improvement planning
  • Produce daily, biweekly, and monthly internal reports
  • Use trends and reports to forecast requirements
  • Facilitates real-time discussions with necessary stakeholders. 
  • Make sure ‘special events' are being reported correctly and in a timely fashion

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of Business Information System Preferred
  • Experience 3+ years
  • Fluency in English written and spoken
  • Knowledgable with Microsoft Office Package and Google services
  • Business Planning & Implementation
  • Business Process Design & Management
  • Performance Reporting & Management of Business Planning
  • Excellent communicator, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively at all levels
  • Flexible and open to change and new information; adapts behavior and work methods accordingly
