Job Description
- Manage the RTA & Auditors team.
- Assist with creation of metrics and targets for services
- Work closely with the operations team to analyze and help improve their service levels in different aspects
- Generate ideas for process and service improvement planning
- Produce daily, biweekly, and monthly internal reports
- Use trends and reports to forecast requirements
- Facilitates real-time discussions with necessary stakeholders.
- Make sure ‘special events' are being reported correctly and in a timely fashion
Job Requirements
- Graduate of Business Information System Preferred
- Experience 3+ years
- Fluency in English written and spoken
- Knowledgable with Microsoft Office Package and Google services
- Business Planning & Implementation
- Business Process Design & Management
- Performance Reporting & Management of Business Planning
- Excellent communicator, both written and oral, with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively at all levels
- Flexible and open to change and new information; adapts behavior and work methods accordingly
