Job Description
- Sourcing, filtering ,screening and coordinating interview schedules for all jobs according to resourcing plan
- Making interviews and all reports related
- Making & receiving customers, employees and candidate's calls.
- Sending and receiving business emails
- Performing data entry and preparing required reports.
- Sourcing training centers and coordinating training schedules and events
- Organizing trainings, events and all related logistics work.
- Coordinate the employees events, activities for engagement
- Attending all meetings and trainings scheduled by the company
- Meeting HR departments objectives and KPIs
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- High graduate.
- HR Diploma / Certificate is preferred.
- Creativity and Problem solving skills.
