Job Description

  1. Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  2. Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
  3. Meet personal and team sales targets
  4. Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  5. Attend meeting, sales events and training are to keep abreast of the latest developments
  6. Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
  7. Track record of over-achieving sales quota.
  8. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  9. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  10. Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product/service features.
  11. Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 year work experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent research skills
  • Knowledge in Marketing and sales is a must
  • Perfect command of English and Arabic, spoken and written.
