Job Description
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure client needs are met
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a Packaging industry or sales to manufacturing companies.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Necessity of having a car and license
