Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the whole process of hiring, from sourcing, to the onboarding. 

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Job Posting: Create job descriptions and post openings on appropriate platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews. Prepare interview questions and assessments.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and professional networks for recruitment.
