Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meeting & coordinate with third parties & clients.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage daily tasks to ensure maximum efficiency of executives.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, and external contacts, ensuring effective communication flow
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, and respond or redirect accordingly.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinating PR activities & organizing events and conferences calendar.
  • Performs any other miscellaneous job related to CEO Projects duties.
  • Manage all necessary business travel arrangements, schedules, transportation, and accommodation related to the projects & office.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English & Arabic
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to gather data compiles information and prepares reports.
  • The ability to multitask.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of records and information.
  • Excellent communication skills/ customer service skills.
  • Detail Oriented
