Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meeting & coordinate with third parties & clients.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Coordinate and manage daily tasks to ensure maximum efficiency of executives.
- Act as a liaison between executives, and external contacts, ensuring effective communication flow
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, and respond or redirect accordingly.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinating PR activities & organizing events and conferences calendar.
- Performs any other miscellaneous job related to CEO Projects duties.
- Manage all necessary business travel arrangements, schedules, transportation, and accommodation related to the projects & office.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to gather data compiles information and prepares reports.
- The ability to multitask.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of records and information.
- Excellent communication skills/ customer service skills.
