Job Description
Design and implement compensation and benefits policies and plans.
Prepare the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget
Coordinate C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, etc.
Manage, lead and develop C&B Analysis.
Compare benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses.
Evaluate every position and determine the proper market value for that job. do this through salary surveys and statistical analysis to determine what the market value is for each job.
Conduct salary scale and labor market research to define benchmarks.
Forecast budget for salary increases.
Oversee pension and savings plans.
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs.
Job Requirements
Proven working experience as a compensation and benefits Section Head.
Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management.
Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
Previous experience with labour market surveys.
Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations.
Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits.
Extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
BS degree in human resources, business administration or finance.
Manufacturing experience is a must.
