We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced *Human Resources Specialist* to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background and the ability to handle various HR functions professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations and support a positive workplace culture
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Solid understanding of HR functions and labor laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software
